In a hurry? Want to look put together but not take 35 minutes to do so? Then this is the look for you. It’s a super natural look that keeps you looking fresh but not overdone. Plus having extra time in bed of course.
Go from this to this in just 5 minutes.
Step 1: Conceal and Powder
Using concealer as a base is the quickest way to simply even out your skin tone and create a nice natural looking base. Focus most of the concealer on areas of the face that you feel you need the most coverage. For me, thats the dark circles under the eyes. I’ve also applied concealer on the redness around the nose, on my chin, in between my eyebrows and any blemishes I had. Apply powder lightly over areas you put concealer as well as areas you tend to get oily throughout the day.
Step 2: Eyebrows
For me, a make up look wouldn’t be complete without having my eyebrows filled in. Application of brow product is all down to preference. I find brow powders the quickest way to fill them in. I just use an angled brush and follow the natural shape of my brow. I do prefer more of a bolder brow so I take a little extra time doing this step. In the last photo, you can see the left eyebrow looks more structured and filled in than the right one.
Step 3: Simple Mascara
For a little something on your eyes, take your favourite mascara and layer on a couple of coats. This is a quick step but it will make a big difference in opening up your eyes and making you look more awake.
Step 4: Blush or Bronzer kind of girl?
The next step is up to you. Do you feel more comfortable with a light dusting of bronzer or blush? For me, I feel like blush adds a pop of colour to the complexion and gives a lovely fresh finish. For this look, use a blush with a slight sheen to it as this can work as a highlight too.
Step 5: Finally, nude lips
To bring the whole look together, grab your favourite moisturising nude lip and apply over the lips. A nude lipstick will compliment the natural look we are going for.
